Opening Reception

The weekend preceding every AAS meeting features workshops, splinter meetings, and small social gatherings, but the event that really gets a meeting going is the gala opening reception on Sunday evening. Open to all attendees and registered guests, the reception in the Grand Ballroom at the Sheraton Hotel featured ample food and drink as well as ample opportunity to renew old acquaintances and make new ones.
